Wesson Abercrombie Rogers

Welcome Wesson Abercombie Rogers

Just 6 months after being told we probably would never have anymore children, due to my being diagnosed with PCOS, We found out that we were expecting another precious spirit. This time we got our baby boy! Pregnancy was much easier this go round, and I was able to enjoy almost every minute! I did have gestational diabetes with this pregnancy which was a first and ended up loosing a ton of weight! Before we knew it we were headed to the hospital and the fun began! Wesson Abercrombie was born on January 27, 2015 at 7 lbs 2 oz and 20 1/4 inches long at 12:01pm in the Boise St. Lukes Hospital. He came a little earlier then the rest of the kids at 36 weeks and 5 days gestation, and had to be in the NICU for about a week. He was getting enough oxygen but needed some help opening his lungs and needed a CPAP machine to help him not work so hard.

Wesson was also a little Jaundice and was sent home on a light for a few days. Wesson seemed to progress quickly. He didn't end up having any troubles resulting from the gestational diabetes which was a huge relief.

  Mommy snuggles are the best!

Daddy snuggle are a close second!

Since coming home from the hospital Wesson is doing very well and is even gaining up to a pound a week the first couple months. We are so excited to have this little love in our family! He has brought us nothing but joy!
